SEO Content Writing Process

Style Guides
To begin, I’ll ask you to share your organisation’s style guides. This will help me to write in the correct tone of voice and ensure brand consistency. (No guidelines? No worries - we can chat about how you’d like me to write instead.)
Article Briefs
Second, you’ll fill out article briefs. These will contain: Article titles, word count, target SEO keywords, content summary, required links, sections or headings, details of illustrations or images, and the target audience.
Writing
Next, I’ll look at content competing for the target SEO keywords. I’ll research the topic, ensuring information is from trustworthy sources. And then I’ll write your articles in line with your brief, SEO best practice and Google’s EAT (Expertise, Authority & Trust) principles.
Review
You'll then receive your articles and give me feedback within an agreed time frame. As is standard in the industry, one round of amends (small tweaks to the text of laryout) per article is included in the price. You’re welcome to request additional amends, charged at a standard hourly rate.
Publication
Finally, copyright for the articles will be transferred to you and you’ll upload the articles to your website. Or, if you’d me to upload them for you, I can include this in your quote.
